Privacy Policy
This policy describes information handling in the Android application Dawn Gambit: Folklore Chess (Portuguese title: Dawn Gambit: Xadrez das Lendas), package com.mamcjgames.dawngambit, developed by MAMCJ Games. Privacy contact: contato@mamcjgames.com.
1. Game data on your device
The game saves your ongoing match, campaign progress and preferences such as language, graphics, audio and animations in the application's local storage. These records let you continue your journey and retain your settings.
This version does not offer its own account registration, login, online multiplayer or save synchronization with MAMCJ Games servers. The application does not request camera, microphone, contacts or GPS location access. This does not prevent data handling by the advertising integration described below.
2. Advertising and Google services
The application integrates Google AdMob for rewarded ads associated with assistance features such as hints and undo. This version uses Google's test ad configuration; test mode does not mean that no data is processed.
The advertising integration involves data such as IP addresses, device identifiers, interactions and diagnostics. Google processes this information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention, depending on the SDK version and configuration. An IP address may indicate approximate location without GPS access.

3. When you contact us
When you email support, you provide your email address, message content and any attachments you choose to send. This information is used to reply, investigate issues and follow up on your request. Do not send passwords, signing keys or unnecessary personal data in screenshots and reports.
4. Sharing and security
The game does not send local saves to a service operated by MAMCJ Games. Advertising integration data is shared with Google as described above; we do not claim that using test ads means the application shares no data.
Google advertising uses encryption in transit. Local records are kept in the application's storage area, subject to device security. No storage or transmission method provides absolute protection. Google services may process information through infrastructure in other countries, as described in Google's policy.
5. Retention and deletion
Local records remain on your device while retained by the application. You can remove them in Android settings by clearing the game's storage or uninstalling the application. This may irreversibly delete matches, progress and preferences. Removing local files does not automatically erase data already processed by Google.
Support messages are retained for the time needed to handle and follow up on your request and meet applicable obligations. Contact the privacy email address to ask about retention or request deletion of these records. Retention of Google service data follows that provider's rules and controls, not a period set by the game.
6. Your choices and requests
- Manage the advertising ID through Android privacy controls, using the options available in your system version.
- You can choose not to use assistance features that request an ad; this does not disable the SDK or guarantee that no data is processed when the game starts.
- Clear local data to remove your progress from the device, taking the loss of saves into account.
- Email contato@mamcjgames.com with questions or requests to access, correct or delete data handled in support, under applicable law. We may request only the information needed to verify your request.
7. Intended audience
Dawn Gambit is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. This statement does not replace a store-assigned content rating. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can assess the situation.
8. Policy updates
This policy may change if the game's practices or services change. The date at the top identifies the document version. Significant changes should be accompanied by the disclosures and controls required for the distributed version.
